ARRIVAL PROCEDURES

Here are some of the key areas that we need to support  to make things work smoothly.
1.  Arrival/Departure – All players must ARRIVE AND DEPART the arena fully dressed (Other than goalies).  With all kids now having jerseys this should make things easier.  If you need a room too quickly to throw a helmet and shoes on it will be available. Many players were treating the locker room as if we were in a normal season which we are far from at this point.  This will also allow for a quicker transition to the groups that are waiting to get in.
2. Before Entering – We ask that everyone does wait outside or in your car until Rob or I come out the front doors and welcome you.  The congestion between players coming and going was much greater than we are allowed to during these times.  We will come out as soon as the previous team has exited the facility.
3.  Parents – As per the provincial guidelines only 1 guardian per child is allowed in the facility to watch.  This is not a facility rule but a provincial one and Quick Stick could easily be shut down or recieve a fine from By-Law if they ever came around to find families sitting and watching.  If your family is a customer at the restaurant that is a different area and would not account for your guardian in the facility.  You would need to be a customer and not just use it as a viewing gallery.
4. Jerseys – Please be sure your child does bring the jersey they were provided each week.  We do not have extra that we are able to provide if your child forgets theirs.  We will be collecting the jersey’s at the end of the program.
If you have any questions please reach out.
Thanks
